Should be "Martin and Gina lookin' motherfuckers" referring to the Martin TV show.

"double mint pinchin lookin" is "Doberman Pinchin'", as in the dog.
"southern fried bammer ass" is "southern fried 'bama ass" as in the state of Alabama :)
